How would you evaluate the education system?

How would you evaluate the education system?

The worst aspects of the education system

After a lot of experimentation with education policy and a lot of tweaking, it is seen that education policy is not able to teach everything to anyone. It seems that the system is kept in such a way that no one learns anything. And so, despite endless research, school-college teaching has not changed. I studied English for ten years of school, I could not learn anything. I also came out of college almost failing English exams. I was still wondering how horribly incomprehensible it was to write one page English. At the end of reading Honors in Accounts, I felt the need to learn English. I started trying to learn by myself with a dictionary and a few English novels. Unexpectedly, I saw that I could read English. At that time it seemed that it was a language but in school, it seemed that it was a subject. The school teachers could not teach me English. I was very raw in math at school. And I just couldn't figure out what the math thing was all about.
Growing up, I realized that numbers are the structure of this universe, through numbers, this universe can be understood more clearly, it is known. No teacher has ever told me that money is more important than buying groceries. I didn't have the ability to understand that I was a good student at that time and that is why there was a special need for teachers' help in school. But how many teachers have the leisure to look after the backward students?
And now looking at the students who are moving forward, I wonder what they have been taught in the educational institutions. The best students are selected in our medical colleges. Even today, an assistant professor at a medical college laughs at Darwin's talk of evolution. Laughing, he said that people are coming from monkeys. When I asked him to explain a little bit about evolution, he replied, "How can I know about anthropology?" Another assistant professor did not hesitate to talk about Darwin's evolution but said with wide eyes that he did not know that Darwin's theory had been proven wrong. He got me busy explaining Darwin's theory of evolution to me and asking me to explain the mistake. He later admitted that he did not know much about Darwin's theory of evolution. But all of them have become doctors after studying biology and zoology and also taking classes of new doctors.
I also saw an orthopedic doctor ordering painkiller ayurvedic oil for his father's bone pain. He knows very well that the pain is due to the erosion of his father's knee bone. Applying any oil or ointment on the skin will make the eroded bone new. This is what his medical science says. Yet he believes there may be something in the oil. Our doctors and engineers deal with science, but they reject science in their own way, in their own judgment. Science students spend most of their student life learning science, yet they believe in genes, belief in homeopathic medicine, Ayurveda, etc. From this, it is understood how we teach science in our educational institutes.

Directives of the education system

We are talking about streamlining the education system. Why? No, that's why students get a proper education. But the question is, what is the need for proper education? In our country, an engineer is made by educating in proper education but he takes the job of a sales manager as he does not have a field of work. He did not need to study engineering to get this job. Having studied physics, he is working in a bank. Of course, they are doing this because they do not have a field of work. And that is why the government or the educational institution has no responsibility to provide proper education. Education, especially higher education, has become nothing more than a kind of rhetorical value in our country. The education that people can't apply in practice, the education that will not be useful as a livelihood, where is the barrier to be fake. There will be boastful names, there will be no utility. I will be happy that my child has got GPA-10, but if I ask my child the name of the capital of Nepal, he will say Neptune. The goal of GPA-10 was not education. I think this is the education we should have as a nation.

Education is useless, so there is no urge to make the education system harmonious. Getting higher numbers and boasting some words like Golden GPA, Platinum GPA. Thousands of GPA-10 badges in the government's achievement record. The guardians are happy, the leaders of the guardian government are also happy. So where is the problem? Why spend so much time when someone is not having so much trouble. Education is needed because of the cost. The need to earn has not been met. There is no need for education in the country to earn money without any hindrance. But the country's income that comes from outside does not go unnoticed. It is not possible to employ everyone in a country. Citizens of poor countries must be spread out. And this education is the last hope for outside. There is no gold reserve in the country that can be eaten by sitting on one's feet. Education, if there is proper education, it is possible to earn good money by going abroad. And that is why there is no evasion in education. The days of exporting manpower out of the country as unskilled manpower are almost over. We have to find employment outside the country through education along with improving the infrastructural system. The education system should be modernized and up-to-date keeping in view the international context and not taking into account the condition of the country.

Conclusion

If education is left as a rhetorical term, the mouth of food will be made and not the hand of earning. That is why the conspiracy to establish technical knowledge has to be kept active along with awakening the curiosity to acquire academic education, rather than showing the way to knowledge in religious doctrine. To protect the social dignity of parents and the government it's time to educate the next generation in the true sense so that in the long run that can be fruitful for the country as well as for the society assuming the citizen as a family member.
